Can I make my own Will in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or other Emirates in the UAE?
A Will is one of the most important legal documents you'll ever create, and if it's not drafted correctly, it can be deemed invalid by the courts. This is why it's essential to have your Will prepared by professionally trained lawyers. At Legal Inz, we tailor each Will to your specific needs, ensuring it meets all legal standards.

Writing your own Will carries the risk of it being rejected by the court, so professional guidance is highly recommended. Additionally, for Wills to be registered with the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD), Arabic translation by certified legal translators is mandatory. The registration or notarization process across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates also requires in-depth knowledge of local legal procedures.

At Dubai Wills, we manage the entire process - drafting, translating, and registering your Will - ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and liaising with the appropriate authorities on your behalf.
